To call it a James Bond film is an utter disgrace.

I don't know where to begin.

The villain, the plot, the gadgets, the 'special' effects, the acting...all laughably poor.

The pre-cred equence is action-packed...of that there is no doubt. However, it just seems like a poor copy of the opening to Tomorrow Never Dies. Bond in some military arms deal etc etc.

I don't eat meat, mostly because I think it's horrible what those animals go through. Also because a well balanced vegetarian diet is the healthiest way to go.

And since he did the first movie in the OT and let others direct the last two, why didn't he do it this time? I think he said because he'd be there every day doing so much, he might as well just direct'em.

Somehow, I find the puppet Yoda from ESB and ROTJ to be much more believable and realistic than the CGI Yoda in AOTC. Something about Frank Oz just gives Yoda that special something, that realistic touch. The little nuances, I dunno. I picked up the AOTC DVD yesterday and watched it in the evening with my mum's boyfriend, who wanted to see the film. Any by good God, the picture is f*cking INCREDIBLE!!! It's so bloody perfect! It is by far the damn best picture quality I've ever seen.

I know there are a lot of nay-sayers out there about the CGI, but if you watch the film a few times, you can really see how good the effects are. The first time, I cringed at a few scenes, but now I look at those scenes and think "Whoa."
